Older Adult and Disability Services Consultant
Eldon graduated with a bachelors degree in elementary education from Brigham Young University and received a master’s degree in human resource and organization development from the University of San Francisco.

He is now retired after spending the last 33 years of his career developing, providing, and managing programs, services and supports for older adults and persons with disabilities. In addition, as a private consultant he has facilitated the planning and implementation of older adult and disability services in numerous counties throughout California and in the states of Washington and Oregon.

In addition to serving on the Seniors First Board of Directors, Eldon currently serves on the Placer County Older Adult Advisory Commission, the Placer County In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee and the Placer Independent Resource Services Board of Directors.

Eldon has received numerous awards and recognition for his efforts in serving older adults and persons with disabilities, including from the California State Senate and Assembly and the United States Congress House of Representatives.

Eldon and his wife Kate have four grown children.
