There are thousands of senior citizens in Placer County who, without Seniors First’s supportive programs and services, would be unable to maintain their independence. When you donate your time, money or other resources to Seniors First, you ensure that:

   a local senior citizen is able to enjoy a hot, nutritious meal
   an older adult who lives alone will receive a friendly visit and welfare check from a caring volunteer
   an elderly resident has access to transportation to take care of their medical and personal care errands and appointments
   and that caregivers and families receive the support they need to care for their aging loved ones
