How It WorksProspective riders contact a MyRides representative at 1-800-878-9222 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to provide information about their transportation needs. We request that rides be scheduled at least three (3) business days in advance of desired trip.
A MyRides scheduler will contact and coordinate with a volunteer driver to arrange for the requested transportation.
The volunteer driver picks up the rider at home and drives them to their destination. The driver typically stays on location with the rider, and drives the rider home at the conclusion of the appointment.
Please be advised that no large oxygen tanks or wheelchairs are allowed.
