About Door to Door Rides:
- Door To Door Rides is a volunteer based transportation program in operation since 1971.
- This is a program of Seniors First, an independent non-profit organization.
Who is Door to Door Rides for?
- We provide transportation for seniors residing in Placer County.
- We also provide rides for disabled adults under 60 who are unable to drive or use public transportation. No oxygen or wheel chairs.
What does Door to Door Rides do?
- We transport to medical appointments, dental appointment labs, pharmacies, grocery shopping, banking, and hairdressers; with service provided in and around the Auburn area, Roseville area and Sacramento.
When and How Much?
- Clients need to call at least two (2) business days in advance of appointment or trip.
- Weekday trips only.
- Door to Door is donation based.
